  • Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date if rescheduling is necessary and mutually agreed upon. Doughman Photography reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Use of Images

Clients will receive high-resolution digital images for personal use only. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Doughman Photography may use select images for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, blog, and social media, unless the client opts out in writing.
